AUGUST: PURPOSE
Verse of the Month
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
Ephesians 2:10
This Month's Journey
Throughout August, we'll reflect on one simple question:
What does it mean to live with purpose?
Purpose isn't always found in extraordinary moments. More often, it's revealed through quiet faithfulness, small acts of love, and trusting God's plan one step at a time.
Whether you're searching for direction or simply trying to be faithful where you are, we hope these letters remind you that your life was created with intention—and that God is already at work in your story.
You Were Created on Purpose
Dear Believer,
Have you ever wondered what your purpose is?
It's a question almost all of us ask at some point.
We look for signs, wait for certainty, or hope that one day everything will suddenly make sense.
But the Bible offers a gentle reminder:
Before you were searching for your purpose...
God was already preparing it.
Long before you took your first step, He knew your story.
Your gifts.
Your struggles.
Even the moments that would shape your heart.
Purpose isn't something we invent.
It's something we gradually discover as we learn to walk with the One who created us.
And perhaps that's why we don't have to fear not having all the answers today.
We simply have to trust the One who already does.
📖 This Week's Scripture
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
Ephesians 2:10
A Small Story
When Michelangelo was asked how he created such breathtaking sculptures, he famously replied that he simply removed everything that wasn't meant to be there.
Whether the story is told exactly as it happened or not, the image is beautiful.
A masterpiece wasn't created by adding more.
It was revealed by uncovering what was already there.
God often works in much the same way.
He isn't trying to turn you into someone else.
He is patiently shaping you into the person He created you to be from the very beginning.
Purpose is often less about becoming...
and more about discovering.
A Gentle Reflection
Maybe your purpose isn't waiting somewhere far in the future.
Maybe it's already present in today's small acts of kindness.
In today's faithful decisions.
In today's quiet "yes" to God.
You don't need to see the whole path.
You only need enough light for the next step.
This Week's Piece
This week, we're wearing our Cross Collection.
Not simply as jewelry, but as a quiet reminder that our identity isn't defined by the world around us—it begins with the One who lovingly created us with purpose.
Until next Sunday...
May you walk into this new week with confidence, knowing that your life is intentional, your story matters, and God is already working through both.
With love,
Priscila & Gui
