Refund policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (when possible)
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@guidedbycross.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Product cost will be fully refunded
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes or other products of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@guidedbycross.com with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
